Enjoy fishing from the bank at
nearby Haigler Creek or
drive north to Woods Canyon Lake and launch your boat. Be sure to bring
a rod, reel, plenty of bait and your fishing license. Just in case you
forget your license, Cherry Creek Store and Buddi's Gas Mart
both
sell fishing licenses. They'll have some extra bait too so you don't
run
out!
There
are many improved hiking trails in the area. Enjoy a hike around the
property, walk the creek or take off into the Tonto National Forest.
Be sure to bring a compass so you don't get lost! Some trails
will lead you to interesting sights far removed from any sign of
civilization. Bicycle riding is also a very popular activity.
There is plenty of room right on the property to pedal off
some energy

experience more enjoyable. Once you are ready to relax, set
for a spell on the deck while enjoying your favorite beverage.
