Cabin Rental Terms and Conditions

Cabin rentals cannot be processed until all terms and conditions are checked.

(Checking each checkbox constitutes acceptance of each term and condition.)

No smoking inside the cabin or on the grounds. Smoking is restricted to the front porch only. Smoking beyond the front porch poses a fire hazard. The entire area is subject to wild fires.

No pets are permitted on the premises at any time. (We love our pets but some of our regular guests have pet allergies.)

No campfires are permitted. You are welcome to use the fireplace, but fires are not allowed in any other location.

No trespassing, walking, running, driving on/over/through a neighbor's property is permitted. Please keep your vehicle(s) and person(s) on the west side of the access road.

No loud vehicles, music or other disruptive activities are permitted. Our neighbors appreciate peace and serenity.

There are no refunds for cancelled reservations. We will do our best to move your reservation to another available set of dates, provided we receive notice from you at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival.

You, the renter, are responsible for the actions of all persons in your party. We recommend discussing the terms of this agreement with all persons in your party.

The cabin is inspected, cleaned and stocked after each guest departs. You, the renter, agree to be responsible for the condition of the cabin from the time you arrive until the cabin has been inspected-after your departure. A greeter will meet you at the cabin (when possible) to verify the condition of the cabin upon your arrival. Any missing items, damage to the property, excessive cleaning or evidence of pets will result in an automatic forteiture of the deposit and may result in extra charges levied for costs required to return the cabin to the original pre-arrival condition.

Please understand approximately 13 miles of unpaved road must be traveled to reach Cherry Creek Cabins. 4-wheel drive vehicles are not required but a vehicle with high ground clearance is recommended. The road is graded regularly but can be somewhat bumpy. Be prepared to travel slowly for approximately 30 minutes while enjoying the wildlife and scenery. Vehicles that are unable to cross the creek can park approximately 1/4 mile to the west and walk across the creek to the cabin. Please bring an extra pair of shoes and socks....just in case you need them.

My arrival date is at least 3 days from today. I understand if the arrival date is less than 3 days from today, the reservation will automatically cancel and any monies paid will be automatically returned. Example: I want to arrive on June 15. Today can be no later than June 12.

I agree to pay all charges in accordance with the terms of my cardholder agreement.
I agree and understand that damaged or missing items (as well as any damage to the property) may be charged to my credit card.
I agree and understand that additional charges for cleaning/sanitizing/removing allergens due to unauthorized pets will result in an automatic fortiture of the deposit and may result in additional charges. (Some guests have pet allergies, consequently we have a very strict no pets policy.)
I agree and understand that once the cabin rental has been purchased, the purchase is not refundable.

NOTE: UNPAID RESERVATIONS REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. *** DO NOT PROCEED TO THE CABIN UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND A KEY CODE TO THE DOOR.*** Once a reservation is PAID IN FULL , a reservation confirmation email will be sent, normally within 72 hours. (Be sure to check your email-spam folder.)

Reservations are normally completed & paid online. Choose available dates from the availability calendar or choose the "check availability" icon located in the "Guest and Stay Information" section above.

For those that choose to pay by mail, a 3 day courtesy hold is available. Send an email/contact form to request a hold.

Within 48 hours of receipt of a paid reservation request, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on the reservation request form. Exact directions and access information will be included in the confirmation email.
